How to Apply Your UV DTF PermaSticker™

Step 1: Clean the Surface
Make sure your surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or residue. Rubbing alcohol works great for preparing most hard surfaces.

Step 2: Prepare the Sticker
Place the sticker image-side down (white backing facing up). Using a brayer or the straight edge of a credit card, firmly roll or rub across the back several times. This helps the design bond to the front carrier sheet, making it easier to release from the backing paper.

Step 3: Peel Away the Backing
Slowly peel the backing paper away from the design. The entire image should remain attached to the clear carrier sheet.

Step 4: Position and Apply
Carefully position the sticker on your project surface. Once it touches the surface, it will begin to bond, so take your time with placement.

Step 5: Burnish Thoroughly
Using your fingers, a brayer, or a credit card, press firmly over the entire design to ensure complete adhesion.

Step 6: Remove the Carrier Film
Slowly peel away the clear carrier sheet at an angle. Your design will remain beautifully adhered to the surface.

Tips for Best Results

• Apply to smooth, clean, hard surfaces.
• Avoid applying over seams, heavy textures, or uneven surfaces.
• Allow 24 hours before heavy use or soaking.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbers.
• Hand washing is recommended for the longest life.

We ship our decoupage papers flat with cardboard to assure it travels as safe as possible. You will receive USPS tracking to follow along.
 Any creases/bends will work themselves out during the decoupage process. If you prefer, iron on low dry heat but do not steam.
