Orders & shipping

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if there is an error or damage, we are here to help.

Email us at info@decoupagecentral.com. Include your full name and order number so that we can assist quickly .

What are the shipping costs?

In the USA, orders under $35 will see a shipping cost of $4.50.

All orders over $35 will be delivered for free.

We now shipping International via DHL. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@decoupagecentral.com . We will see what is still possible.

We ship fast. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking information by email. This way you can track your order.

We use trackable shipping via USPS as proof of delivery. Your package must be scanned by your carrier at your address. Once this is complete, we consider our work done!
