Please ensure that your email and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for errors due to misspellings or incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for duplicate orders, lost or stolen packages, or ordering mistakes.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@decoupagecentral.com as soon as possible. However, you will need to file a damage claim directly with USPS at USPS.com.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to accidental purchases,or duplicate orders or misunderstanding. Once an order is placed, it will be fulfilled as submitted.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if there is an error or damage, we are here to help.

My order was returned to you. Now what?
If an order is returned to us will notify you and send an invoice for additional postage. We will only reship it upon payment of additional shipping fees. We will not refund returned orders.
Once a package is shipped, its return is beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Most often, they do not make it back to us.
What are the shipping costs?
In the USA, orders under $35 will see a shipping cost of $4.50. All orders over $35 will be delivered for free. Exceptions are. heavy items clearly shown as not eligible for free shipping.
We now shipping International via DHL. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders.
Can I still change my order?
Because we ship fast, it is not likely that we can accommodate requests to change your order. If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@decoupagecentral.com and if possible we will try to help.
We ship fast. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send tracking information by email. This way you can track your order. Please save this your reference.
We use trackable shipping via USPS as proof of delivery. Your package must be scanned by your carrier at your address upon delivery. Once this is complete, we consider our work done!
